Labor of Love–Lily Qi, Chair of Maryland Governor’s Commission on Asian American Affairs, was this year’s keynote speaker at the National Labor Relations Board ‘s observance of the APA Heritage Month. She emphasized the economic imperative of expanding opportunities for Asian Americans and the community dynamics in the national capital region.
