Grant Manager Neel Saxena answers questions from one of ten prospective grant applicants who attended a session last month. Each year, the D.C. Mayor’s Office of Asian Pacific and Islander Americans (OAPIA) provides grants on job creation and economic development, public education and public safety, housing services, legal services, health and human services and also on arts, culture and humanities.
