Meet Tim Ma, the first of our Asian American Voices Series, a video profile series of Asian Americans in our community. Tim Ma is the chef and head chef of Maple Avenue Restaurant in Northern Virginia. His restaurant has been reviewed highly in Washingtonian Magazine, Northern Virginia Magazine, and Washington Post. In this video, Tim talks to Asian Fortune about how he got into the restaurant business (hint: it was unexpected).
