The White House Internship
Program
In addition to typical office
duties, interns attend weekly lectures, tours, and complete an intern service
project. Interns may serve a term in the Fall, Spring
or Summer. Every candidate must be a United States citizen, enrolled in a college or university, and at

MVMA Internship Opportunity
MVMA is seeking two college
interns for the fall to provide office, program, and special event support.
Responsibilities include answering the phone, updating the database,
communicating with community members and donors, helping staff with projects,
and researching new information about Vietnamese American community in the
areas of senior care, health, family well-being, parent involvement, and
immigration laws and policies. Office is located in downtown Silver Spring and Metro accessible. Must be reliable, able to work
independently and in a team, interact with different types of people. Basic computer and writing skills a must; knowledge of Excel and
strong verbal/written communication skills a plus.

NAVASA Internship Program
NAVASA actively seeks
undergraduate and graduate students with interests in working for the
Vietnamese American community. In addition to enhancing academic knowledge
through various projects at our office, interns will also be invited to attend
conferences, meetings, and trainings on subjects such as public policy and
grants-writing with the NAVASA staff in Washington , D.C. and the metropolitan areas. Academic credits are
