Cook/Pantry Cook Fine Dining Restaurant

The Cosmos Club is a private social club, incorporated in Washington, D.C. in 1878 by men distinguished in science, literature and the arts. The Club has full panoply of programs for every member interest. Cultural programs include evening lectures, Noon Forums, musical concerts, and book and author dinners.

We are looking for a full-time line cook and a pantry cook for our fine dining restaurant. These individuals are required to be detail-oriented, to work well in a team environment and enjoy serving members/guests in a positive, friendly and courteous manner.

Basic Requirement: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in fast paced and high volume culinary environment.  Ability to multi-task and work under pressure. Must be able to stand for 8 + hours per day; flexible scheduling to include nights, weekends, and holidays. Good communications skills a must.
