Montgomery County Government Department of Housing and Community Affairs (DHCA) has an opening for Chief of the Neighborhood Revitalization Programs Section in the Division of Community Affair.  The position is responsible for directing the research and development of complex plans, strategies, programs and policies aimed at stopping the physical decline of the neighborhoods through community engagement and physical improvements, and ensuring that these activities are successfully implemented.
