Hepatitis B Initiative Holds Free Screening, Vaccinations

On April 14, Hepatitis B Initiative of Washington, D.C. joined partners in conducting a free Hepatitis B Screening & Vaccinations. Venue was the Chinatown Community Cultural Center in the nation’s capital. Testing results were given on April 28. The event was also sponsored by the Mayor’s Office of Asian & Pacific Islanders Affairs, Association of Chinese American Physicians–Mid Atlantic Region, the D.C. Department of Health, OCA-DC, Chinese Cultural & Community Center and Gilead Sciences, Inc.
