The FAPAC Lunar New Year network lunch was held Friday, Feb. 8, 2013 at the Chinatown Garden in Washington D.C. TD Bank hosted a fun-filled, multi-course, Chinese-style event as FAPAC President Kin Wong welcomed 200 guests.
