Here he is, looking businesslike behind the presidential seal as TV correspondents fill airtime, and dashing in his tux on a night out.

Xu was born in China, immigrated to Canada when he was 10, then to America as a teenager and now calls D.C. home. In his rare time off, he likes to swim and play basketball on weekends.
